At 28 weeks in utero, you've already been on your second beach vacay! While this one wasn't as exotic and luxurious as the last, you'll come to realize just how special spending a week in the Outer Banks with family is. The weather was hot, hot, hot so we took it easy...my morning 'runs' were reduced to walks and by the end of the week, I convinced myself that all of the stair climbing was exercise! :)
Mommy goes back to the doctor tomorrow for her gestational diabetes test and likely another quick listen at your heartbeat. You weigh about two and a quarter pounds at this point, and I am definitely starting to feel you pushing your limits in my belly! While relaxing on the beach this week, I was really able to feel you tossing and turning a lot and can't help but smile every time I feel you moving and grooving around!
